Stacking is improved by new vacuum adhesion conveyor and drop blade.

Product Features

Simple adjustment of thermal cutter position and angle enables quick size changes.
New vacuum adhesion conveyor belt and drop blade enables mass production by eliminating the need for separate tedious stacking by operator.
Stacking is further improved by the use of the pin guide delivery conveyor (optional).

The maximum cycle per minute described is verified under the certain conditions.

L (Bag length)	:200 mm to 650 mm
A (Thermal cutter angle)	:0° to 20°
B (Thermal cutter angle)	:0° to 20°
Also suitable for rectangular bags. Bag width is up to 700 mm (two bag) when the angular degree of the heat blades are equivallant to 0°(A=B=0°) or just one heat blade is used.
