Product Features

FD-60D is a back-seal, central press-seal machine, capable of high speed bag making at up to 240 CPM.
With the film roll air shaft, film roll changes are made easily and quickly.
An 840 mm long back-seal heat sealer enables long film feeds and zoned heaters allow two separate locations for temperature monitoring.
Control Unit enables edge position control (EPC) adjustment during bag extraction. LCD display of movement avoids necessity for round trip between bag extraction and roll film units.
Individual heating management in two places on the longitude heat sealer ensures beautiful appearance and quality seal strength.

The maximum cycle per minute described is verified under the certain conditions.
