The "angle and height adjustable conveyor system" aligns pouches neatly after pouch making to improve work efficiency.
Overview and Feature
This device allows the height and angle of the conveyor to be adjusted with a single handle. The adjustment method does not require any particular tools and is easy to adjust.
Conveyor angle adjustment 
The angle of the conveyor can be *freely changed by turning the handle while the lever is lowered. (Pull the handle to lower the lever) *Up to 22 degrees
Conveyor height adjustment 
The height of the conveyor can be changed steplessly by turning the handle while the lever is raised. *Adjustable drop from cutter to conveyor from approx. 50 mm to 120 mm
Adjusting the conveyor angle and height according to the bag configuration further improves pouch alignment.
- When making pouch with a short pitch, the conveyor can be raised to reduce the drop-off for better pouch alignment.
- When making stand-up pouch or zipper pouch, the conveyor can be lowered to align the pouch higher.
- When making long pouch, such as when doubled feed (skip) is used, the downstream side of the conveyor can be lowered like a slide to prevent pouch from sagging.
