Air Shaft included as standard equipment can be used to exchange heavy film rolls with ease.
Overview and Feature
In all of Totani's pouch making machines, the shaft to set the roll film ,which is pouch the material, an Air Shaft is supplied as standard equipment. This mechanism inflates with air pressure to secure the paper tube (core of the roll film) from the inside automatically. This allows quick, easy and certain replacement of large and heavy roll film.
When the paper tube (core of the roll film) is difficult to fix with Air Shaft because it is damaged seriously, it can be fixed mechanically with the existent mechanism of Taper Cone.
