Overview and Feature

Another element that influences sealing quality is cooling. In general, heater temperature in bag making machines rises considerably. However, high-temperature heat-sealed film must be cooled sufficiently. Otherwise, the phenomenon of blocking in which film sticks too much may occur (see the Figure below).

Totani's original cooling method cools stably by applying pressure to contribute to high sealing strength and beautiful finish.

And, as the temperature of cooling water is always monitored, problems such as clogged waterway can be found before they happen.
