Totani's Pouch making machinery has made possible the Production of Flat Surfaced pouches at a High Rate of 60 shots (pouches) / min, exceeding the Conventional Center Press Seal System based on FD 35V. |

Pouches manufactured by this system are mostly used for Packing Daily use Food Products like tea leaves, coffee beans, flour, and other free flowing materials, etc. In case of Center Press Type "Flat Bottom" pouches, the "Quad Seal" gives it a very elegant box like appearance from outside which is very Appealing. |

The Mark Sensor is fully automated. This differentiates between the Printed and Non Printed Portions of the Film and leads to a reduction in Film Waste. This is a huge improvement the conventional manual adjustment systems where waste due to Set-up Errors leads to film heavy loss. |

Totani's original "Print Smoothing Function" adjusts even the smallest print repeat variance. This ensures precise pouch making regarding the Width of the seal, Notch Processing etc. |

The Powder-Brake (Particle Brake) ensures smooth unwinding of the film in accordance with the production speed and is monitored by a control system which detects the speed, film tension, and the Powder Brake. This makes it unnecessary to make brake adjustments during production. |

Totani incorporates "Heat Pipe" technology, as a standard specification, in all the heater blocks to provide an even distribution of heat which ensures a strong consistent seal. This is the most important element in the production of pouches. |

Totani's Pouch making machinery takes care of the most important element in Seal making :"Cooling." We use a sophisticated system to efficiently cool the seals. The desired cooling temperature is input, and the computer automatically adjusts the flow of the cooling water. This helps to reduce water waste and to detect at an early stage if there is any abnormality in the cooling process. |

Unlike many competitive pouch machines, the Totani machine incorporates the Temperature Control management system within the CRT screen which enables easy control of setup data including the temperature control screen etc., which can be printed and saved for quick retrieval in the future. The screen has only two pages. This makes it quicker for operators to reach any function on the screen. |
