- This model machine can make both quad-seal pouch and standing pouch with zipper seal. And, it is also the most suitable for manufacturing of many kinds of pouches or small-lot pouches
FD-35VSC : Product Features
Standing pouch with zipper seal can be made through 1 line processing. Standing pouches suitable for various purposes such as packing of food, pet food, commodities, fertilizer and seeds can be made.
As only one roll film is used to make a pouch, trouble of alignment can be saved and film loss can be decreased.
Totani's original servo motor control system realizes both high speed of 240 CPM and high quality (beautiful and high-strength sealing). Of course, most laminated films used in pouches for food and commodities are supported.
The maximum cycle per minute described is verified under the certain conditions.
Actual production speed may vary depending upon materials and others.
