FD-35V : Product Features

  • This is a back-seal, central press-seal machine, capable of high speed bag making at up to 240 CPM.
  • With the film roll air shaft, film roll changes are made easily and quickly.
  • An 840 mm long back-seal heat sealer enables long film feeds and zoned heaters allow two separate locations for temperature monitoring.
  • CRT enables edge position control (EPC) adjustment during bag extraction. CRT display of movement avoids necessity for round trip between bag extraction and roll film units.
  • In-line conveyor (optional) makes bag stacking almost unnecessary.

The maximum cycle per minute described is verified under the certain conditions.
Actual production speed may vary depending upon materials and others.
